Shipping policy
Order processing
Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m. PST ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. If something is on back order or built to order, we'll email you with a real date — we won't leave you guessing.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Live rates from USPS, UPS and FedEx are shown at checkout, calculated on the actual weight and size of what's in your cart. You pick the carrier and the speed you want.
Orders of $500 or more ship free on our Economy service, 10 to 15 business days in transit. If you want it faster than that, the paid options are right there at checkout.
Frames, forks and complete bikes ship oversize. That freight is real, and the rate you see at checkout is what the carrier charges us to move it.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Live rates from USPS and DHL Express are shown at checkout.
Two things to know before you order from outside the United States:

Currency. Australia checks out in Australian dollars, the United Kingdom in pounds, and the Eurozone in euros. Every other country checks out in US dollars.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in what you pay us. Your country's customs office collects those on arrival, and they are your responsibility. Amounts vary by country and we have no way to quote them in advance.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as the label is made. If tracking hasn't moved in a few days, get in touch — sometimes a package gets scanned late and sometimes it needs chasing. Either way, we'll find it.
Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect your package when it arrives. If a box shows up crushed, torn open, or short on contents, photograph it before you unpack anything and contact us right away. Carrier claims have deadlines, and photos of the outer box are what get them paid.
